Women’s Paddle Boarding

Ladies, this is a chance to have some fun and build community. Southlands Brea will be hosting SUP (stand up paddle) at Mother’s Beach in Long Beach. There is a rental place for the boards and Mike and Deb Duggins will teach you how. We will meet at Southlands Brea at 7 am to carpool or you can meet us at Mother’s Beach in Long Beach between 8 am and ten. Some ladies are going out to breakfast afterwards if you would like to join them. Please bring your board or wetsuit if you have them.
