Friendships that Build Racial Reconciliation

In Southlands previous forums on race this summer, we as a church have focused on why racial injustice in America exists and what the experience of our brothers and sisters in the church has been. At this next forum on Monday, August 3 at 7 pm, we will look at how we can build friendships that lead to racial reconciliation. On this evening we will hear from three sets of friends within the church about their experiences building cross-cultural friendships. Afterwards, we will have group discussions to together learn how to apply Jesus’ command to “love your neighbor” by building Gospel-centered friendships.
